An excellent selection of fall flashcards is available on Boggle's World to use with the ultimate fall vocabulary list previously posted on this site and available for purchase in a one page format here. Boggle's World's flashcards go beyond the typical word/definision flash card. Each card uses a vocabulary word in the context of a sentence or phrase with an accompanying picture clue.
Flashcards can be used for conversation practice:
What is the woman doing?
She is sweeping leaves.
Boggle's World also provides instructions for a "Go Fish" style game pronunciation practice. For this game, two sets of cards will need to be printed:
Do you have "A woman sweeping leaves?"
No, go fish.
Each set of four flash cards is free to reproduce and can be printed on any 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. I advise using cardstock for gameplay and for long term use.
